By accessing or using the LEGENDS Education platform ("Platform"), operated by LEGENDS Research, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LEGENDS Education provides online educational courses, the Kairos AI strategic intelligence agent, digital resources, and community features designed to support leadership development through the LEGENDS framework. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription or enrollment.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.

• Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Price changes will be communicated in advance with the option to cancel before the new rate applies

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the LEGENDS framework, course materials, Kairos AI system prompts and responses, infographics, videos, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of LEGENDS Research or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

Content you create through the Platform, including Kairos AI conversations, reflections, and artifacts, remains your intellectual property. By using the Platform, you grant LEGENDS Research a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes.

7. Kairos AI Usage

Kairos AI is a strategic intelligence tool designed to support structured thinking and analysis. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. Responses generated by Kairos AI are based on the LEGENDS framework and available context; they should be evaluated critically and verified independently before acting on them in consequential situations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Kairos AI system
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise Platform security
• Resell or redistribute course content without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Platform beyond normal usage

9. Limitation of Liability

LEGENDS Research provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
