LEGENDS Research was founded by Dr. Kimberly Bonniksen, EdD, to study how consequential decisions are made under pressure. The LEGENDS framework emerged from decades of field research, qualitative analysis, and direct exposure to leadership under crisis conditions.

Narrative as Data

LEGENDS Research applies a rigorous methodology treating narrative as primary data. This approach draws from long-form qualitative research, field-derived human data, and systematic analysis of leadership decisions across sectors.

Sector Applications

The LEGENDS framework is applied across education systems, government bodies, business organizations, and nonprofit coalitions to address issues of equity, governance, digital access, and leadership accountability.
